Richly presented email database marketing without the negative ramifications and legal risk of spamming.
What's it all about?
-
It's about impressive, colourful email newsletters & marketing campaigns.
-
It's about getting your message to the right recipients,... quickly... at minimum cost.
What does it involve?
-
It involves developing a database of people who have a natural interest in what you have to say...and who have agreed to receive your emails.
-
It involves a customised template that reflects the way you present your business.
-
It involves a flexible tool that allows you to create and edit content immediately.
-
It involves giving you the power to filter your database to ensure the right email campaign is directed at the right audience.
How does it work?
-
The binary business e.marketing system is based on templates. When we set up your account we customise an email template to include your business logo and graphic presentation, and to suit your expected usage of the system.
-
The system allows you to enter (or paste) text into defined parts of the template - each of which may have a heading and each of which may link to an existing web page for more information, or include an email link.
-
It also allows you to choose which image to use in certain positions on the template - from a 'library' of stored images (the customised template usually contains some graphic images which are not designed to be changed and some which are).
-
You can either select recipients from your database for overnight bulk processing, or type in the email address of one or more recipients for 'immediate' sending.
-
You are able to filter the database by postcode or one of two user defined fields. If you choose recipients from your database, then a page will be displayed informing you of how many recipients meet your filtering criteria.
-
You can download your database at any time, in order to review its content or add recipients. An automated process allows recipients to opt out of receiving your emails at any time (as required by law).
